Really, just keep practicing and writing new stuff. Recite your favorite rappers stuff, spit along with some songs.
That's what I'd say any way.
Then the flow will come to you.

be patient with the beat. if you're starting new just try out some simple rhyme schemes. don't try to be too complex with it or cram in too many words/syllables in a line. less syllables and words gives you more room to emphasize on your delivery and get your words out clearly and also it gives you room to start your next line without losing breath or falling behind.

post up a track. once we listen to how your flow is and how you deliver your words we can give tips. other wise right now the tips are just generic.

Basically, the one question you need to ask yourself when you hear your own songs is, "Is it smooth?"
If your verses are choppy it's because your words and lines aren't connecting themselves. You're putting unneeded pauses and breaks in your delivery, and possibly "attacking" your words to harshly.
I wouldn't know what to tell you exactly unless I heard you for myself. If you hit me up I'll try to help you understand the concept more.
